Bug Description
I recently noticed that windows have been resizing when I click in "dead" spaces near the top, and the windows are maximised. E.g. when I'm trying to click on a tab in my browser, but miss the button. If the window is maximised when I click, the window is resized. I'm used to this happening while double clicking, but now it happens on single clicks.
After deactivating the Ubuntu Tiling Assistant in the Extensions manager, the problem goes away. I have tried changing a lot of the extension's settings to see if the problem persists, but the only solution I have found to be working is to deactivate the extension entirely.

Those "dead" spaces might be used for window dragging so it's possible your click is actually doing a tiny window drag, which triggers tiling assistant.
