Barcode not visible when trying to add a new authentication device

Bug Description

When I try to add a new authentication device by going to:

My Account -> Authentication devices -> Smartphone, tablet, or other generic HOTP/TOTP device -> Add device

On the next page, there should be a QR code/barcode visible, but it's not showing.
I've tried this on different browsers and different machines, but the result is always the same.

Hi there,

Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix. In the meantime, the instructions under "to set up manually" should still work.
