Hello and thank you for your bug report,

The errors that show up in CurtinLog.txt typically indicate a corrupted media.

Furthermore, as shown in the report, the checksum of the installation media
failed:

 CasperMD5CheckResult: fail

Could you please retry downloading the ISO and/or flash it to a different
storage device?
