amsn does not open hotmail inbox (@live.xx)

Bug Description

when using amsn 0.97RC1+dfsg-0ubuntu1 and using an msn account that has the new domain, @live.xx
(.xx being your respective country code). amsn does not load your hotmail inbox and instead goes to:

http://cgi-bin/HoTMaiL

it is to note that using firefox will cause the browser to search for the closest thing to http://cgi-bin/ and send you to http://www.cgi-bin.com/

this bug was replicated on my computer using an Intel based installation of Ubuntu 7.10.

The amsn's version present in the hardy repository has fixed this bug. This version already has been backported to Gusty as well.
