sysstat instalation throws parse error in /var/lib/scrollkeeper/C/scrollkeeper_extended_cl.xml

Bug Description

Binary package hint: sysstat

Installing sysstat throws parse errors in /var/lib/scrollkeeper/C/scrollkeeper_extended_cl.xml, which belongs to package hipo. The same errors are thrown after removing sysstat.
