Localization Dutch language not working at all

I installed the Ubuntu 24.04 beta using a working network connection. I selected Dutch(Nederlands) on the language selection screen.

After booting the install everything is completely English while the the gnome control center reports Dutch as the selected locale.

Adding ubuntu-desktop-provision to give more insight. For now there isn't an obvious change to do in Subiquity.

Thank you for your bug report, what's the output of those commands on the system?

Same problem with Dutch language.
