Bug Description
I installed the Ubuntu 24.04 beta using a working network connection. I selected Dutch(Nederlands) on the language selection screen.
After booting the install everything is completely English while the the gnome control center reports Dutch as the selected locale.
affects: | ubuntu-release-notes → subiquity (Ubuntu) |

Adding ubuntu- desktop- provision to give more insight. For now there isn't an obvious change to do in Subiquity.
