Bug Description

Please sync python-bx 0.11.0-4 from Debian. It fixes both the issues mentioned in this bug report.

 .
   * Team upload.
   * Fix import statement s/cookbook/bx.cookbook/
   * Psyco is only available for Python <= 2.6

maf_word_frequency.py fails to run with the error:
