Bug Description

make[2]: Leaving directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/common/modules/pkgselect/build'
(cd common/snap-seed-glue && go build -gcflags="all=-N -l" -ldflags="-compressdwarf=false" -o snap-seed-glue main.go)
failed to initialize build cache at /sbuild-nonexistent/.cache/go-build: mkdir /sbuild-nonexistent: permission denied

This needs to be fixed for the Beta.

I would have submitted the fix in the Gitea instance but it seems account creations are disabled? Anyway, I'm attaching the patch here.

This should be fixed in 24.04.23 (but I forgot to add the bug stanza)
