I added a new region controller and deleted. When I try to add a new rack controller, the UI is suggesting the IP of the deleted region

Bug Description
As per title, steps to reproduce:
1) add the region X (url: http://
2) add the region Y (url: http://
3) delete the region Y
4) the UI is still suggesting to use `sudo maas init rack --maas-url http://
see screenshot. Tested on 3.4 and 3.5
