Dropdown for deployable images is blank

Bug Description

I was adding and removing some Windows images today. I deleted all of my windows images and now the dropdown is blank when trying to deploy anything. Here's an output of boot-resources read. None of these show up as options to deploy. I've unsynced and resynced the ubuntu/centos images and no luck so far.

I attached a screenshot to show you what the dropdown looks like currently and what my images page looks like.

the workaround should be to refresh the page. However, the bug in general seems legit
