Trunk can't parse v1 zones from map files

To reproduce:
- Start a client and enter a local game
- INCLUDE examples/cvs_test/fortress_complete.cfg

Hmm, sure? It works fine for me, the two zones get created and are conquerable.

Weird… It indeed works with a fresh client, but not with the one i'm using for normal playing, although that's a very recent trunk checkout, too.

Try MAP_FILE mapgenerator/wrtlracemap/20080325073903-0.0.1.aamap.xml(http://eddie.plantpeanuts.co.uk/maptools/resource/mapgenerator/wrtlracemap/20080325073903-0.0.1.aamap.xml)
The zones don't get loaded, even on a freshly compiled trunk with all the stuff in var/ and config/ (of the build directory) removed.

Ah, that map is marked as map version 0. I didn't think that version even existed :)
