Bug Description

Hi,

The French manpages for `head` and `tail` do not mention option `-z` (aka `--zero-terminated`), whereas the English manpages mention it. Note that `head --help` and `tail --help` do mention the option (even when using a French locale).

It looks like the manpages are outdated (they refer to GNU coreutils 8.23, whereas the English ones refer to version 8.30, the latter being consistent with the version of the `coreutils` package on my system (8.30-3ubuntu2). Could you update them?

This missing information look quite innocuous, but since I am use to read manpages, I actually wasted quite some time figuring out how I could work around this "missing" option :-(

Yours,

Judicaël Courant.
