Bug Description
In an environment utilizing multipathd and iSCSI, we have observed discrepancies where certain DM instances do not possess the expected number of paths. As per our configuration standards, each DM is expected to have 8 paths, yet some instances are observed to have only 3, 4, or 7 paths.
