webdis segfaults on armhf because libevent is not transitioned

Bug Description

webdis 0.1.9+dfsg-1.1build1 has been rebuilt for 64-bit time_t but it depends on and links against libevent which has not. We have libevent synced from experimental which therefore misses the NMU in unstable and will need to be manually merged.
