"Set Default Project" does not work on the home page.

Bug Description
Even though I set the admin project as default on the Administrator page, the "service" project is selected at the first startup after logging in.

I tried it, using the 2023.2 version of the backend and the master version of the front end. The user admin account has permissions for 2 projects, admin and service, and the admin project is set as the default project. After logging in again, the current project is the admin project.
