daily curtin builds uninstallable on noble due to missing probert

Within an `ubuntu:noble` Docker container:

probert packages were removed from the lunar archives along with curtin in bug 2002590: they'll need to be provided alongside curtin packages for noble and later.

My thought here is to provide an equivalent PPA build of probert, like the PPA builds of curtin above.

That would be great, thank you Dan B.!

Do you intend to build into the same PPA, or a separate probert PPA? (From my POV either would be fine, as we import these packages into to our internal archives; but the same PPA would simplify more standard usage of the curtin daily builds.)

(It's worth noting that once noble is released and there is a stable curtin build for it, this problem will also present in the stable PPA.)
