3D application display refresh incorrect when 3D desktop enabled

Here is the reproduce steps:
   1. system -> preference -> appearance -> Visual Effects -> "Normal"
   2. open several glxgears
   3. open a terminal window
   4. move the glxgears or terminal window, the reflash for the glxgears will be incorrect, please see the attached screenshot picture.
