Bug Description

The current Ubuntu Kylin 24.04 daily image includes two desktop environments: UKUI and Gnome-shell. Gnome-shell is not what we need and it causes the system to default to Gnome-shell.

And the germinate output doesn't include gnome-shell,but the livefs building log show:

'Installing gnome-shell:amd64 as Depends of network-manager-gnome:amd64'

and the network-manager-gnome depends show:

Package: network-manager-gnome
Architecture: linux-any
Section: gnome
Pre-Depends: ${misc:Pre-Depends}
Depends: ${shlibs:Depends},
         ${misc:Depends},
         network-manager,
         gnome-shell | policykit-1-gnome | polkit-1-auth-agent,
         default-dbus-session-bus | dbus-session-bus
Recommends: gnome-shell | notification-daemon,
            gnome-keyring,
            humanity-icon-theme,
            mobile-broadband-provider-info,
            iso-codes

but the Ubuntu Kylin seeds already have polkit-1-auth-agent (provided by ukui-polkit) and notifcation-daemon (provided by mate-notifacation-daemon).
