Staff catalog pagination: all pages say they are the current one

Bug Description

Steps to recreate:

1. On an Evergreen with the concerto data set loaded, search the staff catalog for the word concerto
2. Use a screen reader, voice control software, or your browser's accessibility dev tools to see the accessible name of the link to page 1 of the search results. Note that it is "1 (current)", which is appropriate since page 1 is the current page.
3. Repeat step two for page 2 of the search results. Note that it is "2 (current)", which is odd, since we're one page 1 of the search results.
4. Repeat it for page 8. It says "8 (current)", even though page 1 is still the current page.
5. Go to a different page of the search results and repeat the above steps. Note that all the links still say they are the current page.
