Bug Description
Starting AL2023, EKS Node does not longer us bootstrap.sh

Yaml style is more friendly, easy to configuration better than env or passing argument.

Also, snap is currently has lot of setup delay and bugs.
It does not support not-internet-

Thanks for bringing this to our attention DingGGu! We'll investigate and see what timeline makes sense for us to migrate to this. I suspect EKS 1.30 might be a bit too soon.
