In moblin-applets 0.42 on Ubuntu HardyPPA image (menlow-lpia-ubuntu-hardy-ppa), Cannot add ignore host entry into ignore host list and ignore host list is always empty in Proxy applet.

Reproduced steps:

1. Launch Proxy applet from Settings category.
2. Click "Advanced configuration" tab on the "Proxy" dialog.

Current result:

In step2, cannot add ignore host entry into ignore host list and ignore host list is always empty.

Expected result:
-------------
In step2, it should allow to add ignore host entry into ignore host list and ignore host list should not be empty.

Suggest set importance to "Medium".

Actually the ignore host list is there, it's just invisible because the moko scroller blocks it out. It's a moko bug, similar problems in every applet that uses moko in hardy
