Evolution doesn't have list of PGP keys to choose from when selecting key to sign with

Bug Description
Currently Evolution requires the user to enter the key ID manually to sign with,
instead of providing a list of keys that have private keys.

Thanks for your bug. You can specify a key but don't have too, it automatically
uses the key matching your ID.
