Bluetooth adapter not working ATS2851

Hi, I purchased this adapter: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Maxuni-Bluetooth-Computer-Receiver-Keyboard/dp/B0BQ3964FP

It doesn't currently work on Linux due to a firmware bug.

My kernel version is 6.5.0-25-generic

Anyone know how this is fixed? Im running Ubuntu 23.10

The fix is in the kernel, not the firmware, so reassigning to the linux package.
