Bug Description
In Openstack Yoga deployment Telegraf stable (rev 75) was deployed and related to COS Grafana.
Two dashboards appeared in Grafana: [juju] Telegraf Host Metrics (by-host) and [juju] Telegraf Host Metrics (by-application)
In the second one we have missing data in the panel "IP errors"
I will attach juju status with relations bellow.As well as screenshots of the dashboards.
