[ffe] please merge jruby 9.4.6.0+ds-1 from debian unstable

[Why the package is needed]

It fixes a large number of issues for ruby 3.1 compatibility.

[Why FFe is needed]

The package includes new parser implementation[1] and compiler performance improvements[2][3][4]
Changelog since 9.4.5[5]

[Testing]
Autopkgtests run an extensive test suite testing the language and runtime libraries. Note: they run only on amd64 and arm64.
