Bug Description
Ubuntu hardy (development branch)
Nautilus 2.22.0
Trash Applet 2.22.0
When selecting "Empty Trash" by right-clicking on the Trash Applet, the answers to the question "Empty all of the items from the trash?" are: "Cancel" and "Empty Trash"
When clicking on "Empty Trash" from within Nautilus, the answers to the same question are: "Cancel" and "Delete".
I find "Delete" confusing in this context, and, in any case, I think the options should be the same in both instances, since the question and the explanation are the same.
Also, "of the" in ""Empty all OF THE items from the trash?" seems redundant to me, but I'm not a native speaker, so I can't tell with any certainty.

I can confirm this description of behaviour on hardy BETA.
However, this is just a cosmetic issue, not even real usability issue. Therefore, I have set the importance to wishlist.
