Bug Description

Hi,

puppet agent and puppetserver should be upgraded to version 8.x (i.e. 8.5) if you want to avoid a major release upgrade during 24.04 lifetime, since 7.x will not be supported that long.

Looks like puppet 8.4.x is in noble-proposed at the moment. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/puppetserver/8.4.0-1
