Bug Description
Ran a partial upgrade as that was only option available. After 1st reboot, tried launching Software & Updates and it shows in plank then just disappears. I rebooted again and it still won't launch. I do not know the name of software to run in Terminal, sorry., If I find it I will run it and post the error here.
