Bug Description
Hi there
running the command `add-storage` errors on Kubernetes with the above noted error message.
For charms like Kafka and Spark, it would be good if we could add multiple PVCs to the pod, since these applications can significantly benefit from the increased parallelism of IO threading within the application that multiple persistent storage volumes facilitates.
This needs to be something that can be enabled dynamically, rather than being baked in at charm design time.

This is a known limitation on k8s - I can't find the previous bugs right now to mark this as a dupe.
It's something that we want to address, but is a significant amount of work because it will need to be done in conjunction with implementing a Juju "statefulset" controller.
This request is best filed on the product feedback board so it can be prioritised with the other feature requests.
