the page https://cdimages.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/releases/22.04/release/
offers many ISOs but the one for amd64 desktop is missing

It is not a bug that we distribute different download artifacts from different urls.

The amd64 images are distributed from releases.ubuntu.com.
