[Hard] HP PSC 1200 Combo scanner not detected by XSANE

Hardy Beta, clean install.

HP PSC 1200 combo printer/scanner. The printer side works fine.

When I fire up xsane, it doesn't detect it. It attempts to "scan" from my TV tuner card.

In 7.10, xsane gave me an option when started, as of which scanner to use (the PSC 1200 or the TV card). In hardy, there is no option, it uses the TV Card without asking, and I can't find the way to force it to scan from the HP.

I can confirm that this bug occurs on my copy of hardy beta as well. No idea how best to triage this one though.

I think this is a duplicate of Bug #135194 and it's just not asking because it doesn't see the scanner. My PSC 1610 isn't recognized in Hardy either.
