Kubuntu too many chrome windows sound icon in different places

Screenshot added- sound button to mute icon in different places- in middle or on top after terminal if many windows open. Now 17 windows open and icon is not in same place- left side from terminal is in middle, right side from terminal is on top right.

I am sorry. I don't understand how to reproduce this. Disable sound in terminal and it spawns new windows for your tabs with sound icon?
