The option to "Add to Purchase Order" is missing from the Actions menu.

Actions -> Add to Purchase Order

Angular Actions menu has options "Create Purchase Order from Selected Line Items" and "Create Purchase Order from All Line Items"

Dojo Actions menu had the options "Create Purchase Order" and "Add to Purchase Order"

We use the Add to purchase order menu option regularly when gathering items from multiple selection lists to compile a purchase order.
