Bug Description
Latest update to Geary 44.1-1build1 fails on Noble with:
"bwrap: Creating new namespace failed: Permission denied
![err] 21:10:16.0456 [no domain]:Failed to fully launch dbus-proxy: Child process exited with code 1
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)"
Ubuntu release:
lsb_release -rd
No LSB modules are available.
Description: Ubuntu Noble Numbat (development branch)
Release: 24.04
Expected result: geary launches
Actual result: geary window appears then crashes with above error

Further info: Error message on 2nd (desktop) machine (same versions of Ubuntu and Geary) reads:
"*[wrn] 22:44:34.0333 folks:Failed to find primary PersonaStore with type ID 'eds' and ID '899b351ca28fa0
Individuals will not be linked properly and creating new links between Personas will not work.
The configured primary PersonaStore's backend may not be installed. If you are unsure, check with your distribution.
