Bug Description
After booting in the window 'Try or install Ubuntu? if I select 'Try Ubuntu' I can select the language but not the keyboard. The keyboard is assumed from language end I can not change from the install app.
To select a different keyboard I'm forced to use 'Settings'
If I select 'Install Ubuntu' after selecting the language I can also select a keyboard not related to language.

Hello and thank you for your bug report,
I'm adding ubuntu- desktop- installer to this since it is an ordering configuration in the UI. Nothing can be done at the subiquity level at the moment.
