Description
===========
Currently the default value of [share] max_api_
However this does not align with the branchless approach in tempest. Tempest should support multiple branches in active maintenance status. For example at the time of writing the latest master should support stable/2023.2, stable/2023.1 and stable/zed.
The core tempest and the other plugins do not have the max version(or even min version) hard-coded and skips all tests requiring microversion in case the min/max options are not set.
This is more appropriate approach to keep compatibility with multiple branches, without requiring users to update configuration options.
