Bug Description
As Synaptic is used in gnome-app-install which is clearly a non-administrator application, it should use the user's gtk style to fit into the desktop.
I'm not sure if this is rather a synaptic bug or a gnome-app-install bug.

This is in Ubuntu hardy (8.04) beta, all updated, installed on a new partition but using /home from a gutsy installation.
