Bug Description

Tested in main today.

The fix to make the 'Paid' label on line items bolded was fix committed in 3.11, but at some point between now and then the fix was lost. (See bug 1999270 for original fix.)

The fix should be reapplied to current main.

Looks like it got lost in the shuffle of squashing during the collaboration on bug 2000482.
