Bug Description
Hello! I'm trying to run anbox-cloud on a virtual machine where the internet is only accessible via http-proxy. I got to the step of initializing 'sudo anbox-cloud-

This seems to real bug that the early check is not respecting the HTTP proxy. It doesn't seem to be covered by our internal testing as even with proxy these DNS names are always reachable ... :-)
Will track and fix for 1.21.1
