Bug Description

Hello! I'm trying to run anbox-cloud on a virtual machine where the internet is only accessible via http-proxy. I got to the step of initializing 'sudo anbox-cloud-appliance init' but it fails due to the fact that “Failed to reach a mandatory service for the Anbox Cloud Appliance”. I also tried specifying the --proxy option but the result is the same.

```
~$ sudo anbox-cloud-appliance init --proxy $http_proxy
Failed to reach a mandatory service for the Anbox Cloud Appliance
Please make sure the following services are reachable:
- https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com
- https://streams.canonical.com
- https://images.anbox-cloud.io
- https://archive.anbox-cloud.io
Error: cannot reach https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com: Get "https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com": dial tcp 185.125.190.40:443: connect: connection refused
Hey Aleksey!
This seems to real bug that the early check is not respecting the HTTP proxy. It doesn't seem to be covered by our internal testing as even with proxy these DNS names are always reachable ... :-)
Will track and fix for 1.21.1
