Bug Description
After installing `devscripts` (in a clean chroot) and running `rmadison`, the following is output:
> Can't exec "wget": No such file or directory at /usr/bin/rmadison line 243.
Installing package `wget` resolves the issue. Presumably the `devscripts` package should be marked `Depends: wget`?

devscripts can use wget OR curl. You are given the choice as recommendation. Marking wget as a dependency would make it an unnecessary extra packages for users choosing curl.
