Bug Description
The description of sox says:
SoX is able to handle formats like Ogg Vorbis, MP3, WAV, AIFF, VOC, SND, AU, GSM and several more.
However, it appears that the packaging of sox (or libsox dependencies) is not working correctly, as I cannot use OGG files with sox.
Steps:
apt install sox libsox-fmt-all
sox sample.ogg sample.mp3
Expected: sample ogg file is converted
Actual:
```
sox FAIL formats: no handler for detected file type `opus'
```
