Engrampa does not open and cannot create .zip and .7z archives

Bug Description
In Xubuntu 24.04, Engrampa 1.26.1 does not open and cannot create .zip and .7z archives, zip and 7z packages are installed, other types of archives works fine.
Same thing with File-Roller.
Package "p7zip-full" indicate "This is a transitional package. It can be safely removed."
