Bug Description

In the /home/$user/Examples directory are various examples of files and file types. There is no SVG file even though this is a widely used standard format in the desktop.

What about creating a symlink to one of the svg files already in the system? How about /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/places/distributor-logo.svg which is a small version of the ubuntu logo.

  * Add kubuntu-leaflet.jpg source as kubuntu-leaflet.svg (not installed)
    and update flyer text

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/example-content

The SVG thumbnail looks bad, with black boxes, but the file itself is fine.

@Endolith: for some reason it's not in Jaunty, but that would close the bug in my view. As for icons, the system is full of SVG icons, we just need symlinks to a few of them, something like the two you mention.

Then something is wring somewhere, my jaunty system was installed from
alpha 2 which came out after 2008-10-31, but I don't have that file.

I installed 8.10 fresh to a VirtualBox, and there is indeed no kubuntu-leaflet.svg. I'm confused. It is not listed in the "Installed files" for either the real machine that has it or the virtual one that doesn't.
