Bug Description

* woke up my notebook from sleep
* wanted to perform apt update && apt upgrade from terminal
* got an ssl error
* noticed that the clock was behind about 2 hours
* updated the clock by setting automatic date & time to off and on again
* ran apt update && apt upgrade again (didn't work because something else held the lock)
* got the crash dialog, probably the upgrade process in background (that held the lock) crashed
