zfs-dkms: GPL-incompatible module zfs.ko uses GPL-only symbol 'PageHuge'

I try to install package zfs-dkms on a riscv64 system running Ubuntu 24.04. Installation fails with "GPL-incompatible module zfs.ko uses GPL-only symbol 'PageHuge'". See appended make.log.

I have submitted a PR in upstream to resolve this:

It will likely be included in upstream release 2.2.3.
Also this patch is applied in debian since 2.2.2-1.
