Hi there,

I'm unable to reproduce this; when I go through the usual flow to add a new authentication device, the QR code appears on the page and stays there. This may be a problem with your network or devices. Could you write out the exact steps you took so we can reproduce this problem? Also, what OS and web browser are you using to access SSO?

Non sono in grado di riprodurlo; quando eseguo la procedura consueta per aggiungere un nuovo dispositivo di autenticazione, il codice QR appare sulla pagina e rimane lì. Potrebbe trattarsi di un problema con la rete o i dispositivi. Potresti scrivere i passaggi esatti che hai eseguito in modo da poter riprodurre questo problema? Inoltre, quale sistema operativo e browser Web stai utilizzando per accedere a SSO?
