Bug Description

Please remove antic and flint-arb from Noble. They have been merged into flint 3.0, and all reverse-dependencies have been rebuilt and migrated.

$ reverse-depends src:antic
No reverse dependencies found

$ reverse-depends src:antic -a source
No reverse dependencies found

$ reverse-depends src:flint-arb

flint-arb hasn't been removed from Debian yet. I see no reason to expedite its removal here rather than handling it via process-removals.
