Bug Description
During a sunbeam bootstrap, I got the following error:
Error: cannot add saas application "microceph": saas application already exists
Stdout is attached.
Also, when trying to run inspect, I get (Note the model name seems odd):
ubuntu@sunbeam1:~$ sunbeam inspect
