Binary package hint: pngmeta

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
No remaining ubuntu changes. This sync fixes a RC bug and has some other handy fixes. Thanks :)

 pngmeta (1.11-6) unstable; urgency=low

   * Added missing '>' to <png:Image> (XRDF with a URI). (closes: #455774)
   * Replaced "about" attribute with "rdf:about". (closes: #455779)
   * Made updating of config.sub & config.guess manual & updated them.
   * Standards version 3.7.3.
     - Don't ignore errors from 'make clean'.
   * Moved debhelper compat level to debian/compat.
