Bug Description

This is kind of a follow-up to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-mate/+bug/2048414

Is it normal that there is no Firefox integration after one has purged snapd and installed firefox via the following ```apt``` method:

```
$ sudo vim /etc/apt/preferences.d/firefox-no-snap
Package: firefox*
Pin: release o=Ubuntu*
Pin-Priority: -1
:wq
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozillateam/ppa
$ sudo apt update && sudo apt install firefox -y
```

Yes Firefox will be present:
```
$ which firefox 130 ↵
/usr/bin/firefox
$
```

However pressing ```MOD4``` in ```TTY7``` and entering ```firefox``` will result in 0 matches found from the menu.
